WELCOME

Currently a trustee for the Noël Coward Foundation that supports projects designed to support young people wanting to enter the world of entertainment. Largely theatre, writing, composition and dance.

Plus a link to Family History. Details of four families of antecedents are summarised in their dedicated pages with background on the discoveries to date. We have added a letters page that contains scans of letters found from the papers of some of the families (more are always welcome). And a page that contains scans of all of the certificates that I have at the moment. The Family Pages

Other interests are in Norwich and Norfolk Gardening Clubs and the local Hellesdon Horticultural Association where I also help to manage the local Community Choir. Also a singer with the Norwich MOJO Band with a collecting passion for guitars, amplifiers and other band kit.

Family Pages Cousin Linley Welford has published the result of decades of research into the family Knowles Kingston on Thames to Timaru 1545 - 2025. It is an amazing tome with entries by family members both in the UK and New Zealand.

Bagshot Park: there is a new page with images of Bagshot Park where one of our ancestors in the KNOWLES family was Head Gardener. We hope to add images of Friars Park as well where another KNOWLES ancestor was Head Gardener.
